MELT stands for Myofascial Energetic Length Technique MELT is a gentle self-treatment technique you can learn that enhances mobility, stability, and performance and is clinically proven to reduce chronic pain while restoring overall well-being. Learn the protocol of simple self-treatment techniques that gently returns connective tissue to a healthier more resilient state improving health and alignment of joints and muscles keeping your body better aligned, more flexible, stable and pain-free. In this class series, you’ll learn how to use a soft foam roller to treat your connective tissue and improve low back pain improving your daily life..
