MELT stands for Myofascial Energetic Length Technique MELT is a gentle self-treatment technique you can learn that enhances mobility, stability, and performance and is clinically proven to reduce chronic pain while restoring overall well-being. Boost your golf and pickleball game with The MELT® Method! MELT can improve grip strength, swing accuracy, and help prevent common injuries. This simple self-treatment technique rehydrates connective tissue which is around all your joints and muscles and restores balance to your nervous system, keeping your body aligned, strong, more stable and pain-free. In this class series, you’ll learn how to use a soft foam roller to treat your connective tissue. Includes instruction, a take-home PDF routine, and a discount on an optional private MELT session.
