Service Description
How can we be more compassionate to ourselves? - Like the breathing mask that drops down in the airplane, we must take care of our wellbeing before we can take care of others. How can we move away from self-criticism? - Find your language for self kindness and ways to show it to yourself. - Learn to motivate yourself with encouragement. - Learn that when we are in a state of compassion for ourselves and others we are in a place of emotional safety. On her own journey, Lorraine has gathered clinical knowledge, tools, and skills to share with you. Join us in our group to learn how to build kindness and compassion in our own lives! Join us in our group this fall to explore these concepts, learning new tools and learning to build kindness and compassion for ourselves!
