Service Description

The MELT Method® is an easy-to-learn self-care practice designed to help your body perform better and feel better—whether you run, ride, or do both. Using soft balls and rollers, MELT helps rehydrate connective tissue, release tight muscles, and improve how your body moves and recovers. Ideal for runners and cyclists of all levels, these sessions can help reduce aches, prevent injury, and keep you moving with more ease—on the road, trail, and beyond.
