Service Description

*Only Men* This is a mat-based class for men only where we explore both standing and lying down poses on the mat. We will flow through breath and movement practices to strengthen and stretch our bodies with an emphasis on increasing body awareness and mobility. Stretch bands may be utilized to enhance the class. Modifications are provided so everyone is successful.
