Service Description
This course is designed to teach you to become a more resilient rider. Learn to reduce stiffness, increase flexibility, improve breathing efficiency, and work on core strength. The classes focus on targeting areas that tend to be either overused or neglected when cycling. Over the weeks we will stretch feet, calves, hamstrings, quads, hips and glutes; learn efficient breathing techniques; open the front body for tension relief in shoulders, chest and neck; and learn self massage for targeted muscle groups.
