Hello Everyone!
Starting the week of March 2nd (unless noted otherwise) to May 7th. All classes are 1 hour and run for 10 weeks unless indicated:

Mondays
10:00am Tai Chi (8 weeks starting March 16th, 1.25 hours - $160 + HST)
11:30pm - Nia ($180 + HST, 9 weeks - no class Apr. 20)
12:45pm - Nia - Move to heal ($180 + HST, 9 weeks - no class Apr. 20)
2:00pm - MELT for golf (4 weeks starting March 16th, $120 + HST)
Tuesdays
10:00am - Chair Yoga ($250 + HST)
11:30am - Pilates ($200 + HST)
6:00pm - Evening Mat Yoga ($200 + HST)
Wednesdays
10:00am - Pilates ($200 + HST)
11:30am - Men’s Yoga/ Core ($200 + HST)
1:00pm - Restorative Yoga with meditation ($200 + HST)
7:00pm - Creative Care (6 weeks, 1.5 hours - $180 + HST)
Thursdays
10:00am - Gentle Yoga ($200 + HST)
11:30am - Yoga ($200 + HST)
3:00pm - Creative Care (6 weeks, 1.5 hours - $180 + HST)
Fridays
11:30am - Men’s Yoga (9 weeks, $180 + HST)
1pm - Book Club (last Friday of the month)
Saturdays
10:30am - Art therapy for stressed-out, non-artist parents (6 wks, 1.5 hrs - $180 + HST)
1:00pm - Art therapy (6 wks, 1.5 hrs - $180 + HST)
